Oh my god, you guys NEED to read Notes On An Execution by Danya Kukafka. We watch a male serial killer grow through the friends of his victims, as his final day before death row ticks away.
It's so well-written and beautiful. It really turns the whole culture of worship on these men on it's head by forcing you to see him from the women he's effected on such a deep level. I'm never going to be normal again, it was so good!
